Buyairsoft supports all local laws and regulations surrounding airsoft. By browsing this site you agree to the following terms and conditions as set out by BuyAirsoft. All prices on Buyairsoft.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. All Prices listed on Buyairsoftusa.com are listed in USD.
You will not hold Buyairsoft, its owners or its employees responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any products sold through Buyairsoft. Some products carried by Buyairsoft can be dangerous or even lethal when misused. All products sold through Buyairsoft are used at the operator’s risk. You accept full responsibility for your actions while using any airsoft products and will regard with due care any and all safety precautions and advisories regarding the products. You agree to abide by all local laws while operating an airsoft gun. You consent to leaving all protective markings and warning stickers intact on purchased airsoft guns. You are fully responsible for any modification done to any products purchased from Buyairsoft. Any modifications will completely void your warranty (if applicable). Not following returns procedures will void your warranty (if applicable).
Buyairsoft will not be responsible for injuries and damages caused by user errors, playing without adult supervision, failure to read proper handling instructions and irresponsible play. You agree to uphold the reputation of airsoft in the US through your actions and handling while using airsoft products. The use of an airsoft gun in a crime will be treated in the same manner as the use of a firearm.
Credit card fraud is a criminal offense and those caught in this offense will be subject to prosecution, arrest, and/or financial retribution. Buyairsoft tracks all IP addresses and reports fraudulent activity.
You agree that you are the appropriate age when browsing our site. To purchase an airsoft gun you must be at least 18 years of age. Though our website sells airsoft guns that would be suitable for buyers under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must make the purchase, as Buyairsoft strongly recommends parental supervision when operating an airsoft gun. Buyairsoft ships all products via FedEx with an 18+ Delivery Requirement. All packages must be signed for by somebody who is older than 18 years of age. If a package does not obtain a signature and is returned to Buyairsoft, additional fees and surcharges will apply for the product to be re-shipped or re-stocked.
Not all pictures may be to scale or to exact specs. We reserve the right to update the information on this site including pricing, images, services, specifications, availability, special promotions, information, or functionality at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change any part of this agreement at any time.
Restocking Fee
Orders that are shipped and refused on delivery or returned for exchange, will NOT be reimbursed for shipping. A 10% restocking fee of the product(s) value will be charged to the customer.
Products with return authorization numbers sent back and diagnosed with NO defects will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products being returned are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds will be given.
Shipping Insurance
If the customer chooses to have no insurance, Buyairsoft will not be responsible for lost, stolen, sized or damaged products. The parcel will only be covered up to $100.00.
Customers must choose one of four shipping insurance options.
- The $15.00 option will only cover parcels in value from $1.00 to $299.99.
- The $25.00 option will only cover parcels in value from $300.00 to $599.99.
- The $45.00 option will only cover parcels in value from $600.00 to $999.99.00.
- The $65.00 option will only cover parcels in value from $1000.00 to $1499.99.
Any insurance option can be chosen for any shipment but the insurance will only cover its set product value.
For example: An order valued at $1200.00 with the $25.00 insurance option chosen, will only be covered up to $599.00
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds, due to transit and cost limitations, warranty covers replacement parts within 14 days of receipt, or 14 days full warranty repair if buyer agrees to be responsible for the shipping cost incurred.The Buyairsoft team will work with every warranty issue to address it in a timely fashion and with proper care.
Buyairsoft expects our customers to receive fully functional products that meet the standards reflected in the products’ description. Should you receive a product that is defective right out of the box, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the order through our contact page.
If a product is being returned to Buyairsoft the cost of all shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
